Off-the-shelf products force the team around the tool. We build around how people already work — and only where the product is in the way.

The first version closes one operational pain, not a catalogue of features. The interface should be accepted without a training course from zero.

Later we extend it. We don't rewrite the whole thing because a new step appeared.
